Spa Etiquette

Our guests are provided the best timely services to ensure your serenity time is well spent.  We ask that you respect that our cancellation policy is enforced.

• When contacting us to schedule your appointment have your calendar handy and 2 –3 dates/times that are best for you. ( Keep in mind that Friday and Saturday are most requested days.)

• Groups of four (4) or more will coordinate their appointment with the Spa Director and 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment.  You will also need to schedule 30 days in advance and one designated person to act as coordinator for your group.

Amenities: WOS provides spa robes, slippers, slides, towels, etc. for all hands on services.   However we request you bring your own personal clothing and towels when using the sauna.

• Please arrive 10 –15 minutes early if this is your first appointment.  You will need to fill out a few forms.

• Late arrivals services will either be shorten or rescheduled upon the discretion of the Therapist.

World of Serenity appreciates your acknowledgement of thankfulness in all its forms.  Please feel free to leave cash gratitudies and make your next appointment before you leave.

Sanitation Policy:

• WOS takes great pride in cleanliness.  We ensure our treatment rooms, bathrooms, showers, and sauna are kept clean and sanitized.

• All articles that come into contact with our guest are thoroughly sanitized to OSHA regulations.

• Our aromatic environment is a direct result of our use of 100% therapeutic grade essential oils that naturally destroy germs and bacteria.

Cancellation Policy:

• World of Serenity's  success in excellence is from our commitment to you our welcomed guest.  Please be considerate of others and give us 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. 

• Please return all confirmation calls to ensure your appointment.

• No shows will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
